Ken Cooper ; BBA Baylor 1974; MBA Baylor 1975 ; Sherwin Williams Mgr. 1975 to 1979; General Homes Dallas Project Mgr. f1979 to 1983; Moved to Waco in 1983 and started Ken Cooper Inc., Custom Home builder for 40 years;  1986 Partnered with Andy Horn for 19 years, developed Park Place Addition in Woodway, developed Hidden Valley in West Waco; 2006 Began working on 400 acre development The West End Addition off Val Verde Rd.; 2021 purchased 137 acres on Spring Valley Rd. for Lakeridge Estates in Lorena.  Ken has built for families all over Waco, but has focused on the West side of Waco which has become known as the Hwy. 84 corridor.  Ken and his wife Debbie have raised four children in the Midway school district, and they have been active members of First Baptist Church in Woodway. 

Ken has twice been the President of the Heart of Texas Builders Assoc.
